Preacher is a 12-year old quarter horse. I have had him since he was four. I run barrels, head, heel and you can rope calves on him. I compete in the PWRA (Professional Women’s Rodeo Association). Preacher was found to have a somewhat rare condition known as PSSM (he can not metabolize carbs). His left hip would tie up. I went to several vets and tried several different feed combinations and supplements with little reprieve from his condition. He could walk across the pen and he would tie up or you could ride him for hours, you just never knew.

I started feeding EquiPride last August 2004 after being introduced to the product by cutting horse trainer Dale Adix. I have not had any problems since then. I only feed alfalfa pellets with oil, EquiPride and msm. I am currently ranked 17th in the heeling and about 22 in the heading in the PWRA and I contribute a great deal of my horse’s performance and success to EquiPride.

I also added a new member to my rodeo team. He is a 13-year old quarter horse. He was given to me and said to be lame and unusable. He was very thin and lame when I got him and I started feeding him EquiPride and only 2 1/2 months later we are running and placing in the barrel race and team roping. We are currently ranked # 6 in the PWRA barrel race standings after only 5 rodeos. I will keep you updated on our success.
The team roping picture is Cathy Jo Schaffer and myself roping in New River AZ., she also uses EquiPride. The yellow horse was having weight and coat issues after an injury. I was down there for Christmas and told them about EquiPride and they are now using it. I love your product.
